Albacete

Albacete stands on the plains of Castilla-La Mancha. Traditional cutlery remains part of its craft identity, while the Pasaje de Lodares, a shopping passage roofed in iron and glass, reflects the prosperity of the early twentieth century. The Cathedral of San Juan Bautista combines elements from several periods of construction. The Museo de Albacete holds archaeological, fine-art and ethnological collections.
