Arlekino Vocal Group

Arlekino is a children's vocal group founded in 2015 at the Saglasie 1869 cultural centre in Pleven. Directed by Violeta Boyanova, it brings together pupils from the first to the eighth school year for work on pop and rock repertoire, solo singing, stage presentation and microphone technique. The group has also performed in Puccini's La boheme with the Pleven Philharmonic and the Gena Dimitrova Municipal Choir at the opening of the thirty-first Katya Popova International Music Festival. It joined the choral forces of the open-air Tosca given at the Summer Theatre Kaylaka on 15 June 2022, alongside the Gena Dimitrova Municipal Choir, in a cast led by Tanya Ivanova, Georgi Sultanov and Ventseslav Anastasov.
