BNR Children's Radio Choir

The Children's Choir of the Bulgarian National Radio was founded in 1960 by Hristo Nedyalkov. Its repertoire encompasses music from different historical periods, works by Bulgarian and international contemporary composers, and arrangements of folk songs. Alongside broadcasting and recording, the ensemble developed an extensive international touring programme, with particularly sustained activity in Japan. Its performances have been issued by record labels and recorded for television. In Sofia, its work includes choral concerts and appearances in national celebrations.
