Chitalishte Bratolubie

Bratolyubie–1884 is the community cultural association of Lyubimets, founded in 1884. Its work combines a public library with amateur performance and arts education for children and adults. Classes and ensembles cover folk music and dance, singing, piano, modern dance, theatre and visual-art workshops. The library became computerised in 2010 through the Global Libraries programme and hosts literary meetings, book presentations and educational activities with local schools. These functions make the chitalishte both a performing organisation and a place for learning.
