Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hall

Diplomatic buildings keep rooms designed for receptions, and such rooms are periodically turned over to music. The hall at the Bulgarian foreign ministry in Sofia belongs to this category: not a concert room by design or by daily use, but one pressed into service for recitals and small orchestral evenings attached to state occasions, anniversaries and the visits of foreign delegations.
