Neue Stadthalle Langen

About 600 events a year pass through the Neue Stadthalle, the hall that Langen — a town of some 40,000 between Frankfurt and Darmstadt — shares with its public library, its indoor pool with a 50-metre lane, and a restaurant, all under one roof on the Südliche Ringstraße. The main auditorium seats over 800 in front of a stage of roughly 180 square metres and takes touring orchestras, theatre, cabaret and readings; the Vogtland Philharmonic played there in October 2025. Since 2009 the basement has held the town's collection of contemporary stained glass by Johannes Schreiter.
