Palace of Culture and Sports Varna

Varna's largest covered venue rises near the Sea Garden, a broad late-1960s complex built to hold sport, congresses and concerts under one roof. Its scale suits the city's summer, when the Black Sea coast fills and the resident festival life expands to match; the same floor that takes a basketball court takes an orchestra and several thousand listeners.
