Palazzo del Turismo

Lido di Jesolo built its Palazzo del Turismo for the reason the name declares: a resort on the Adriatic north of Venice needs a civic building that can hold congresses in the shoulder seasons and audiences in the summer. Exhibitions, conferences and performances share it. Opera on tour arrives in July and August, when the population of the town multiplies and the beachfront acquires, for a few weeks, the appetites of a much larger city. Jesolo Turismo has managed it since 2000.
