"Sofia Strings" Ensemble

String players drawn from the capital's orchestras have long formed ensembles of this kind for the chamber-orchestral repertoire: Baroque concertos, classical serenades, accompaniments for a single soloist. Sofia Strings has worked in that tradition, its appearances including the Thracia Summer Music Festival, where such flexible groups suit both the venues and the summer audiences.
