Stadium 105

An indoor arena on the edge of Rimini, the 105 Stadium was built for sport and for the large touring events an Adriatic resort city attracts in and out of season. Team sport shares the floor with concerts, and staged opera in arena format — Verdi's "Nabucco" among the titles brought there — belongs to the same circuit of productions that travel Italy's sports halls each winter, playing to audiences several times the size a municipal theatre could seat.
