Theater Hall

March Music Days, founded in Ruse in 1961, made this Danube city a fixture of the Bulgarian musical calendar, and its halls have carried a share of that traffic ever since. Ruse supports an opera company and a philharmonic within a nineteenth-century centre built on river trade, and its theatre hall belongs to that provision: a stage for drama, orchestral and chamber concerts, festive programmes and the recitals of the city's own musicians.
