Yellow Concerts

Yellow Concerts GmbH is registered at Herxheim in the Palatinate rather than in any of the cities it plays, and is run by Erwin Clausen and Andreas Roth. Its touring business rests on comedy and variety — Michael Mittermeier, Jürgen von der Lippe, Markus Krebs, Hazel Brugger, the Chinese National Circus — booked into halls and arenas from Kaiserslautern and Heilbronn to Frankfurt, Ludwigsburg and Würzburg. Clausen also assembled the United Kingdom Ukulele Orchestra in 2009. Music with an orchestra enters the catalogue mostly through film-score programmes; staged classical evenings are the smaller part of the year.
