Piano
Biography
Agnes Wolf entered the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna at nine, studying with Imola Joó, Hans Petermandl and Roland Keller, and later working with Elisso Virsaladze. Her solo debut came at sixteen, at the Vienna Konzerthaus with the Vienna Chamber Orchestra. She has since played in Europe, the United States, Israel and Japan, in the Musikverein and the Konzerthaus among other halls, and in March 2010 she took Clara Schumann's Piano Concerto in A minor to Rzeszów. She began teaching at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna in 2008. Chamber music runs through her work, among it a duo with her father, the flautist Robert Wolf, for which composers have written pieces that the two of them introduced.
