Soprano
Biography
Elettra Benfatto is a soprano associated with Rimini's Coro Galli. Her sacred-music repertoire includes Pergolesi's Stabat Mater, which she has performed with mezzo-soprano Ombretta Mazza and keyboard player Claudia Berti. A Rimini presentation of the work paired the two singers with organ and cello in place of the usual string accompaniment. Engaged for the State Opera Rousse's appearance at Rimini in 2015, Elettra Benfatto sang in a cast largely drawn from Italy — Roberto Carli, Antonio Di Matteo, Carlo Guelfi and Paolo Antognetti.
