Narrator
Biography
Ève Ruggieri, born on 13 March 1939, is a French radio and television presenter, producer, actress and author who has spent her working life carrying classical music and opera to a general audience. Her books belong to the same project - a life of Mozart, a study of the marquis de Montespan, portraits of remarkable women, a volume on the great love affairs - and so do the staged productions she narrates herself, standing between the scenes of an opera to tell the audience the story it is about to hear.
