Jiazi Zheng

Singing in the international project Opera and the Ottoman Imagination — Along the Silk Road, Jiazi Zheng appeared at the International Mozarteum Foundation in Salzburg in September 2025, in a programme that placed Mozart's Turkish and Oriental subjects beside Verdi, Bizet, Saint-Saëns and Massenet. A tenor, Zheng took his bachelor's degree at the Central Conservatory of Music and his master's at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, the city in which that Silk Road programme was heard.
