Biography
Kameliya Stoycheva took her degree in singing at the National Academy of Music in Sofia and was engaged by the Stara Zagora State Opera in 2008, where her work has covered both operatic and operetta roles. She has toured widely in Europe with the company. At the Stara Zagora opera she also worked in the operetta repertoire: she was in the cast when the company staged Kálmán's The Duchess of Chicago for the first time, the production opening on 7 February 2019.
