Sara Galli

Early music takes Sara Galli to Concentus Musicus Fè Antica, the ensemble attached to the early music department of the Frescobaldi Conservatory in Ferrara. She trained at the Scuola Musicale di Milano and worked afterwards with a long succession of singers and coaches — Katia Ricciarelli, Carlo Bergonzi, Mariella Adani, Bianca Maria Casoni, Arnaldo Mantovani, Rockwell Blake, Robert Kettelson and Irwin Gage. She won the ninth Giulietta Simionato international competition and the Cascina Lirica, was a finalist at AsLiCo, and was then engaged by the Teatro Regio di Parma for Hänsel und Gretel and Die Zauberflöte.
