I had never before seen Maestro Nayden Todorov so exhilarated and so alive at the conductor's desk; at moments he was positively dancing. A mood that carried over to the smiling players and to the grateful audience. A temperamental conductor, under whose skilled baton the orchestra played not only with inspiration — he himself was genuinely having fun.
