Under one roof on the Binghamton University campus stand two theatres and a chamber hall: the Osterhout Concert Theater with 1,170 seats, the 558-seat Watters Theater, and a Chamber Hall for 408. The building opened in 1985, having been named the previous November for Floyd E. Anderson, a justice of the New York Supreme Court who had been instrumental in the university's early development. Orchestral concerts, touring opera, dance and student productions share the calendar.
