Baker Hall is the principal proscenium auditorium of the Zoellner Arts Center at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The centre opened in 1997, bringing the university’s music and theatre departments, presenting programme and art galleries together in a building designed by Dagit Saylor. Baker Hall seats approximately one thousand and forms part of a complex that also includes smaller theatres, a recording studio and teaching spaces. The presenting programme has welcomed orchestras, recitalists, theatre and dance companies, while partnerships with local arts organisations connect the centre to the Lehigh Valley. School performances and accessible events extend its work beyond the university audience.
