Казино Баден

The house at Kaiser-Franz-Ring 1 was put up between 1884 and 1886 as Baden's new Kurhaus, to designs by Eugen Fassbender and Maximilian Katscher, and gaming moved in later; it is run today by Congress Casino Baden, part of Casinos Austria. Alongside the tables it operates a congress centre whose halls take balls, conferences and concerts — among them an orchestral Peter und der Wolf in October 2014.
