Конгресцентрум – Пфорцхайм

Opened in 1987 on the Enz close to the middle of Pforzheim, the centre belongs to the city and is the largest event building between Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. It works from three halls — Großer, Mittlerer and Kleiner Saal — with conference rooms lettered A to E and numbered one to five, plus the Waisenhausplatz outside. Congresses, galas, trade fairs and comedy fill most of the year, and the Badische Philharmonie Pforzheim, the orchestra of the city's theatre, gives its own concert series in the house.
