Голяма зала на Моцартеум

The Great Hall of the Mozarteum forms part of the International Mozarteum Foundation's headquarters in Salzburg, built between 1911 and 1914 to designs by Richard Berndl. Seating approximately 800, it accommodates solo recitals, chamber ensembles and orchestral concerts. Its Propter Homines organ was installed in May 2010. The hall belongs to a larger complex that also contains the smaller Viennese Hall and the Bibliotheca Mozartiana. Foyers connect the performance spaces with the Bastion Garden beside the Mirabell Gardens. This combination of concert rooms, library and foundation offices links public music-making with the institution's research and preservation of Mozart's legacy.
