Crossover programming brings rock bands and symphony orchestras onto the same stage, and Group "Te" belongs to that world. Its appearances have included the band part in Jon Lord's Concerto for Group and Orchestra — a work written in 1969 for precisely that pairing, and one of the few pieces that gives amplified players and an orchestra equal standing.
