The cultural office of Mühldorf am Inn, the district town of some twenty thousand on the Inn in Upper Bavaria, programmes the two municipal stages: the Stadtsaal for concerts and touring productions, the Haberkasten — a granary of the old town turned small stage — for cabaret and chamber work. It holds the season together with two subscription series, one for Kleinkunst and one for music, and sells its own tickets. Touring opera galas take the Stadtsaal in winter.
