Магистрат Винтертур

The municipal administration of Winterthur stands as organiser behind two consecutive performances of Donizetti's Don Pasquale at the Theater Winterthur, on 25 and 26 October 2007, with Plamen Beykov, Anna Gemedjieva, Bojidar Vassilev, Georgios Filadelfefs and Stefan Penchev. The house, opened on 5 October 1979 with Die Zauberflöte, keeps no ensemble of its own and lives on visiting companies, which is how a Bulgarian cast came to sing a full Donizetti comedy there on two nights running.
