Провинцтур

Provinztour was founded in 1985 and developed from small concerts into the presentation of large indoor and open-air events. Its first year included early performances by Pur and a concert at the Harmonie in Heilbronn before more than two thousand listeners. In the following decade it expanded its open-air activity in Fulda and Mosbach. Later projects included Carlos Santana in Fulda in 2006, Pink in Heilbronn in 2010 and Elton John on Ulm's Münsterplatz in 2012. The agency's work encompasses touring concerts and productions across several cities, linking established halls with temporary outdoor stages. Four decades of local promoting from a house on Blumenstrasse in Neuenstadt am Kocher: Rolf Weinmann's agency books touring shows into halls across northern Baden-Württemberg — Heilbronn, Mosbach and beyond — and as far afield as Ulm and Fulda. Jazz, world music, film-music evenings and classical galas dominate. It also runs its own open-air series: Domplatz concerts in Fulda, Musik im Park at Schwetzingen and Bruchsal, the Klosterhof open airs at Ulm-Wiblingen.
