Школа на Райна Кабаиванска

Raina Kabaivanska began teaching in Bulgaria in 2001, with a master class at New Bulgarian University in Sofia; a donor fund for young singers followed a year later. More than two hundred singers from Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa and Australia have passed through the Sofia class, and her foundation has awarded over ninety scholarships. From 2010 the school mounted whole operas with its own students — La bohème, Werther, Turandot, Norma, Don Pasquale, Il trovatore — at Sofia Opera and in Modena, with gala evenings alongside, among them The Tenors of Raina Kabaivanska in 2018.
