Райт Аудиториум – Гринвил

East Carolina University's principal assembly room takes its name from Robert H. Wright, the schoolmaster-administrator who became the institution's first president when it opened as a teachers' training school and who held the post for the whole of its formative quarter-century. The auditorium occupies the building that carries his name on the main campus in Greenville, in the flat tobacco country of eastern North Carolina. Convocations and student ceremonies share it through the academic year with recitals, touring theatre and the orchestral and operatic programmes the university brings to a region that has few other rooms of comparable ambition. Wright Auditorium is a multipurpose performance and assembly venue at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. The College of Fine Arts and Communication uses the auditorium for the S. Rudolph Alexander Performing Arts Series, Arts Smart, dance programmes and university orchestral and band concerts.
