Дарина Стоева

Dutch stages took Darina Stoeva out of Bulgaria in 2001, when the State Opera Plovdiv played at Hoorn as well as at home, with Momchil Abadjimarinov, Jost Ideler, Vyara Zhelezova and Plamen Beykov among her colleagues. A soprano of the State Opera Plovdiv, she sang the soprano part in Mozart's Requiem at the Plovdiv Concert Hall on 20 April 2011, under Alexey Izmirliev, on an evening that brought the Vienna Philharmonic's concertmaster Albena Danailova and the violist Christian Frohn to the city, with Aleksan Chobanov, Dimo Georgiev and Delyan Slavov beside her. She has also been cast in the company's La traviata, staged by Ivanka Daliyska under the same conductor.
