Дзинджу Ли

Jinzhu Li was born in 2007 and began the violin at four. In 2019 she was admitted to the Outstanding Innovation Talents Supporting Programme at the middle school of the Xinghai Conservatory, where she studied with Dan Li and Qiang Zhang until 2023, and between 2021 and 2024 she took part in the Morningside Music Bridge festival. She moved to Germany in 2023 to study with Erik Schumann at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Frankfurt, and since October 2025 has continued with him at the Kronberg Academy, her studies supported by the Fidelitas patronage. First prize in the violin group C at the fifth Zhuhai International Mozart Competition for Young Musicians in 2023, second prize at the seventh Jascha Heifetz international competition for violinists in Lithuania in 2025 and a prize at the ninth Sendai International Music Competition the same year mark the competition record. She has appeared in recital and with the Salzburg Chamber Soloists, the Madrid Philharmonic, the Armenian State Symphony, the Lithuanian National Symphony, the Sendai Philharmonic and the Shenzhen Symphony, under Christoph Poppen, Sergey Smbatyan, Yuri Tkachenko, Junichi Hirokami, Jie Hou and Yongyan Hu, and in the summer of 2023 she toured Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen and Guangzhou with the Greater Bay Area Youth Orchestra. She plays the 1716 Booth Stradivarius on loan.
