Биография
Krasimir Derilov trained at the National Academy of Music in Sofia and at the Accademia Boris Christoff in Rome, and made his stage debut in Burgas as Don Basilio in Il barbiere di Siviglia. He was a soloist of the opera in Stara Zagora until 1998 and sang afterwards in Plovdiv and with the State Opera in Prague. He moved to Germany in 2003, and in 2005 he won the Vissi d'Arte competition. The bass roles of the Italian repertory have carried him through the Bulgarian houses and the German touring stages, the High Priest of Baal in Nabucco among them.
