Биография
Rock and popular music are Nora Karaivanova's home ground, and in May 2017 they took her into the opera house: she sang Catherine de' Medici in Nikolo Kotzev's rock opera Nostradamus, in Plovdiv and in Sofia, on a stage shared with rock vocalists, opera soloists, orchestra, chorus and ballet. She has also released songs under her own name. She was born on 3 April 1987 in Gorna Oryahovitsa, studied classical ballet as a child and began singing in the school of the vocal teacher Adelina Koleva in the same town, later graduating in pop and jazz singing at the Pancho Vladigerov National Academy of Music in Sofia. She sang in the second series of Music Idol, took a leading part in the musical Chicago at the Music Theatre in Sofia, appeared in The Bodyguard in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture in November 2023 beside Manal El Feituri and Orlin Goranov, and carried the monodrama Dreams, written for her by Ivo Siromahov. In 2025 she joined Slavi Trifonov's Ku-ku Band.
