Пласидо Доминго-младши

A composer and songwriter who has worked chiefly in popular music and for the screen, Plácido Domingo Jr. grew up inside the opera world his father made and chose to write outside it. His anthem for Operalia, words and music his own, closes the final of the competition and is sung by the finalists together, a piece written not for a stage career but for the moment when one is being decided.
