Биография
The Serbian mezzo-soprano Sanja Anastasia studied in Graz and Vienna, taking her master's degree in 2005, and went on to work with Theodore Coresi and Brenda Roberts. She was engaged at the Staatstheater Mainz from 2011 to 2013, where her roles included Lucretia and Klytämnestra, and has appeared at the Volksoper Vienna, in Prague, at the Teatro Coccia in Novara and with Cape Town Opera, besides concerts with the Belgrade, Slovenian and Moscow philharmonics. Amneris has been among her steadiest roles: she sang it in Verdi's Aida at the Summer Theatre "Kaylaka" in Pleven on 27 June 2018 and again on 3 July 2018 within Stage under the Stars, under Nayden Todorov, in casts with Ivaylo Dzhurov, Tsvetelina Vassileva, Dario Di Vietri, Ventseslav Anastasov and Julian Konstantinov.
