Биография
Rousse has been Tanya Ivanova's house since 2007, and the State Opera's dates have taken her from its home stage to Stara Zagora, Pleven and Yambol, in casts that included Ivaylo Yovchev, Valeri Tsolov, Georgi Sultanov and Ventseslav Anastasov. She trained at the National Academy of Music in Sofia and first appeared in Stara Zagora as Hélène in Offenbach's La belle Hélène, then moved from mezzo-soprano to soprano parts, singing Mimì in Puccini's La bohème at the Burgas Opera in 2012 and Odabella in Verdi's Attila in Plovdiv the year after. Cio-Cio-San, Tosca and Nedda followed, and in 2014 Plovdiv heard her as Lady Macbeth, as Elisabeth in Don Carlos and again as Mimì. She has recorded Verdi, Puccini and Dvořák arias for Bulgarian National Radio.
