Vetrove

Vetrove — Winds — is one of the songs most closely identified with Lili Ivanova, written for her by the composer Georgi Krasimirov, known as Gerasim. It has stayed in her concerts for decades and is habitually kept for the late part of the programme, where the hall sings it with her. For a period she was barred from performing it, in one of the disputes over rights that have run between the singer and her composers.
