Music Hall of CSULA

California State University, Los Angeles occupies a hillside campus on the eastern edge of the city, and its music hall belongs to the department of music rather than to the concert industry. It serves student orchestras and choirs, faculty recitals, degree examinations and visiting ensembles — a teaching room that opens its doors to the public, where a Vivaldi triple concerto or a Mozart piano concerto is as likely to be heard as anything written in the last century.
