Stadthalle Rheinbach

The Stadthalle Rheinbach is a municipal events venue on Villeneuver Straße that also serves as the assembly hall of the Gesamtschule Rheinbach. Its public uses include meetings, exhibitions, congresses, concerts, carnival events, dances and private celebrations. The city’s technical information gives capacities of up to 750 standing visitors, 586 in rows of seats and approximately 450 at tables. The stage measures about seventy-one square metres, with an additional forestage. A spacious foyer can accommodate separate gatherings with table seating. Municipal administration coordinates the hall’s rental, linking its school function with wider community use. The hall on Villeneuver Straße doubles as the assembly hall of Rheinbach's Tomburg comprehensive school, and the town lets it out for what the school day leaves free — exhibitions, congresses, carnival sessions and concerts. It takes up to 750 people, and bookings run through the municipal administration, which also sets the rental terms. Rheinbach itself lies sixteen kilometres south-west of Bonn in the Voreifel, a town of some 27,600.
