Teatro Capitol Sierra

A small theatre in Cortegana, in the Sierra de Aracena of Huelva province. The house stands on the Plaza de la Constitucion in the former town hall of Cortegana and is run by the municipality within the Andalusian network of publicly owned venues. It was rebuilt to a design by the architect Aurelio del Pozo Serrano, published in 2000, which set the capacity at 550 seats with rows of eighteen and a stage eight metres deep, acquired the adjoining plot and turned a side alley into a small square with parking. Teatro Capitol Sierra is a public performance venue on Paseo Esperanza in Cortegana, in the province of Huelva.
