I'm Outta Love

I'm Outta Love was Anastacia's first single, released in 2000 ahead of the album Not That Kind, and it made her career outside the United States rather than inside it: the record barely registered on American radio while reaching number one in Australia and the top ten across most of Europe. The song came out of the same sessions that produced the album, built on a clipped disco bass figure and a vocal delivered almost entirely in the singer's upper chest register. It has closed her concerts, in band and orchestral versions alike, ever since.
