Ле Гранд Воа – Селест Продюксион

Céleste Productions is a Paris concert producer associated with the Les Grandes Voix series. Its history reaches back to 1991, when Jean-Pierre Le Pavec continued the Monday recital tradition at the Théâtre de l’Athénée. Frédérique Gerbelle joined the company that year and subsequently assumed responsibility for its artistic and financial direction. From voice-and-piano recitals, its activity expanded to orchestral vocal programmes, concert performances of opera and oratorio. The Théâtre des Champs-Élysées has been an important home for these projects, alongside the Salle Pleyel and Philharmonie de Paris. The company brings singers, ensembles and venues together through concert production rather than operating a theatre building. Céleste Productions presents two Paris subscription series — Les Grandes Voix for singers, Les Grands Solistes for instrumentalists — and places them in the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, the Philharmonie de Paris and the Salle Gaveau. Frédérique Gerbelle directs the company, which produces and distributes concerts rather than running a hall of its own. Recitals and orchestral galas with international voices make up the bulk of each season.
