Adjoining the Collegium Minus in Poznań, the Aula Uniwersytecka was built in the first decade of the twentieth century, when the city was still under German rule and the building housed a Royal Academy. It passed with the rest of the complex to the Polish university after 1918. Ceremonies and classical concerts have shared it ever since, and it remains one of the most heavily used concert rooms in Poznań.
