Ерик Слик

Dutch tenor Erik Slik studied classical singing with Henny Diemer at the Utrecht Conservatory, then with Margreet Honig. Between 2012 and 2014 he belonged to the music-theatre ensemble of Theater & Philharmonie Thüringen, and he has since sung with Dutch National Opera, Opera Zuid and the Nederlandse Reisopera. The Bach Passions, Handel's Messiah and Britten's Spring Symphony are in his concert repertoire, new music beside them. With the Nederlandse Reisopera he has sung Don Basilio in Le nozze di Figaro, and his concert work has taken him to the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, the NTR ZaterdagMatinee series among those appearances. In 2014 he joined the vocal ensemble Frommermann.
