Another Way to Die

Another Way to Die was written and produced by Jack White and recorded as a duet with Alicia Keys for Quantum of Solace in 2008 — the first James Bond title song performed by two artists. White has said he wrote both parts before either singer was chosen and then handed Keys the lower line. The arrangement puts a distorted guitar riff and a brass section against each other with almost no harmonic movement, an approach far from the orchestral Bond themes of the 1960s, and it divided reviewers accordingly.
