Liliana Lavric

A Moldovan singer, Liliana Lavric toured in 2005 in the United States with State Opera Stara Zagora's Aida, a tour presented through Columbia Artists Management under the Opera Verdi banner. The itinerary ran from Concord, Schenectady and Stony Brook to Annapolis, Flint, Urbana and Wichita. Her work has also lain in the concert repertoire at home: in February 2016 she sang Rossini's Stabat Mater with the National Philharmonic of the Republic of Moldova under Vladimir Lungu, in a quartet of soloists with Tatiana Costiuc, Ion Timofti and Andrei Otean and the Doina academic choir.
