Vyara Zhelezova

Vyara Zhelezova has sung Fyodor in Boris Godunov for the Varna company at the Stara Zagora festival of opera and ballet art, and Bach's Magnificat in a project that brought Bulgarian and American musicians together. Her singing has been divided between the opera stage, the concert repertoire and vocal-symphonic music, in Bulgaria and abroad. The Varna company marked her thirtieth year on the stage with the performance of 23 December 2014, in which she sang Carmen, the role she has called her own favourite, and received the Golden Lyre.
